My Story

My mission is to promote the evolution of consciousness by teaching, anyone with the desire to learn, the tools to create their life's purpose with Joy and Balance. Experience a return to wellness and wholeness...remember who you are; who you've always been and what you came here to do..

For many years, I suffered from severe  migraine headaches. Once or twice a month, I spent 3 or more days, at a time, in bed. The pain was excruciating. I considered suicide.

Eventually, I swallowed so much  medication that I ended up in the emergency room with a huge hole in my stomach. Over the next five days in the hospital, I realized that fearing pain is what almost killed me.                                                             
My wake-up call sent me searching  for my own answers. I searched for hope. I searched for tools. I searched for healing. My path lead me to a new way of thinking, breathing and practicing that gave me back my health, purpose and life.

What I learned is worth sharing. I'm dedicated to helping anyone who wants to learn the tools to end their own suffering and create their own balance, health and joy.

My business involves dialogue, story-telling. skill-building, transformation and amusement. It was created out of my awe and love for the process of consciousness evolution. My skills have been developed over years of studying, practicing, and sharing. You will begin to learn how to listen to what your mind, body and spirit are telling you.
